Betting & Gameplay Rules
General betting rules
- Participation: You may place Bets only after:
- successfully registering and maintaining an active Account;
- depositing Real Money or using eligible Bonus funds; and
- ensuring you are not accessing the Website from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game or Bet may have specific minimum and maximum wager amounts set by the Operator or its game providers. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Game rules: Specific game rules, paytables, and return to player (RTP) information are provided within each game. By placing a Bet, you accept the relevant game rules in addition to these Terms.
- RNG and fairness: Outcomes of virtual casino games are determined by an RNG designed to ensure fairness and randomness, tested in accordance with industry standards (for example, those referenced by Gaming Laboratories International (GLI)). While specific certification numbers for Quick Win may not be published, the Operator uses providers whose RNGs are independently tested.
Placement, acceptance, modification and cancellation of bets
- Bet placement: A Bet is deemed placed and accepted when it is registered on the Operator's servers and appears in your game or Account history. If a dispute arises about whether a Bet has been placed or its outcome, the records maintained by the Operator's systems will be decisive, subject to applicable licensing requirements.
- Prevention of errors: You are responsible for checking that the details of any Bet are correct before confirming it. Once submitted, Bets generally cannot be cancelled or modified.
- Operator's right to void or adjust Bets: The Operator may void, cancel, or adjust Bets where:
- a technical or human error causes incorrect odds, paytables, or game behaviour;
- obvious errors (palpable errors) are apparent in markets or game configurations;
- you or a third party have attempted fraud, collusion, or abuse of the system; or
- a Bet was accepted in violation of these Terms or applicable licensing conditions.
- declare the Bet void and return the stake;
- restore the Account to its state prior to the erroneous Bet; or
- apply the correct odds or game rules retrospectively, if fair to do so.
Conduct in live casino, chats and interactive features
- Respectful behaviour: When participating in live casino games, chat rooms, or any other interactive features, you must:
- refrain from using offensive, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or threatening language;
- not harass, bully, or otherwise harm other Players, dealers, or staff; and
- not promote illegal activities or other gambling sites.
- Prohibition of fraud and collusion:
- You must not engage in cheating, collusion, exploitation of software bugs, or automatic play via bots or prohibited software.
- The Operator may monitor gameplay to detect suspicious patterns and may suspend or close Accounts and void Bets where fraud or collusion is suspected.
- Moderation: The Operator may moderate, edit, or remove chat content and may temporarily or permanently revoke chat privileges at its discretion for breaches of these rules.
Bonus Terms
Bonus activation and availability
- Promotional offers: Bonuses may be offered via:
- Welcome or first-deposit offers;
- reload, cashback, or loyalty programs;
- free spins or free bets; and
- personalised or seasonal promotions.
- Eligibility: Unless otherwise stated:
- Bonuses are limited to one per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method;
- the Operator may exclude certain countries or Player segments from specific promotions; and
- the Operator reserves the right to require completion of KYC procedures before crediting or allowing withdrawal of any Bonus or winnings.
Wagering requirements and timeframes
- Wagering: Bonuses and any winnings derived from them may be subject to wagering requirements. For example, a Bonus may need to be wagered a specified multiple (e.g., 35x) before associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiple, eligible games, and contribution percentages will be set out in the relevant offer.
- Contribution of games: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Typically:
- Most online pokies/slots may contribute 100%;
- Table games and live casino games may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded; and
- Certain low-risk betting patterns may be excluded entirely.
- Time limits: Bonuses are generally subject to expiry. If wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe (for example, 7 - 30 days from activation, as per specific Bonus terms), the Bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
Prohibited play and abuse of bonuses
- Prohibited strategies: The following practices are typically prohibited and may result in forfeiture of Bonuses and associated winnings, and/or Account closure:
- placing single or aggregated high-value bets that significantly exceed your average bet size once a Bonus has been activated, where done solely to exploit the Bonus;
- low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies that artificially fulfil wagering requirements;
- deliberately playing restricted games with active Bonus funds;
- colluding with other Players to maximise Bonus advantage; and
- creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer more than once.
- Combination of promotions: Unless explicitly stated, Bonuses cannot be combined. Only one active Bonus may be in play at a time. Activation of a new Bonus before completing the wagering of a previous Bonus may result in cancellation or forfeiture of the earlier Bonus and related winnings.
- Operator's rights: The Operator may:
- withhold, cancel, or reclaim Bonuses in cases of suspected abuse;
- limit maximum winnings derived from Bonuses, as specified in promotional terms; and
- amend or withdraw promotional offers at any time, provided such changes do not adversely affect Bonuses already accepted under previously published terms.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits
- Payment methods: The Operator may make available various deposit methods, which can include:
- bank cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard);
- e-wallets and online payment services;
- bank transfers; and

- Processing and limits:

- General withdrawal conditions:

- Where possible, withdrawals will be processed using the same method used for deposit. If this is not feasible, an alternative method may be offered.
- Limits and processing times:
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier section. The Operator may set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on withdrawals.
- The Operator aims to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable period (for example, 1 - 5 business days), subject to KYC checks and payment processor availability.
- Additional time may be required for your bank or payment provider to complete the transfer.
- Verification and security:
- The Operator may require KYC verification before approving withdrawals, particularly where cumulative withdrawals exceed internal thresholds, there are signs of suspicious activity, or required by the licensing framework.
- Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays, Account suspension, or closure.
Fees, chargebacks and refunds
- Fees:
- The Operator may charge processing fees for certain deposit or withdrawal methods. Any applicable fees will be disclosed in the cashier section where reasonably possible.
- Additional charges may be applied by your bank or payment provider, for which the Operator is not responsible.
- Chargebacks and reversals:
- If you initiate a chargeback, reversal, or dispute of a payment, the Operator may:
- suspend or close your Account;
- withhold or confiscate winnings to cover outstanding amounts; and
- recover any costs incurred as a result of the chargeback.
- If you initiate a chargeback, reversal, or dispute of a payment, the Operator may:
- Refunds:

- In cases of technical error, unauthorised use, or other exceptional circumstances, the Operator may, at its discretion and where lawful, refund certain Bets or adjust balances to restore your Account to the state before the error.
